Return Policy

• We accept returns of product shipped within the united states and canada only. when returning your purchase within the united states, return shipping to our online store.

• We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally.

• Returns of full-price merchandise must be made within 30 days of purchase.

• Returns on sale merchandise must be made within 14 days of purchase.

• Products must be unused, unworn, and in good condition with original hangtags and packaging attached. all original packaging must be intact.

• Unworn undergarments may only be returned with original hangtags attached and with original package intact.

• Only items purchased through europeansecret.ca may be returned to our online warehouse.

• All orders are processed as soon as we receive them .Your order will be shipped out and arrive between 1-5 working days.

RETURN RESTRICTIONS

• We do not accept returns for items shipped outside of the united states or Canada. we are unable to support exchanges through our online store.
